DETAILED PROJECT DESCRIPTION –
The client approached us with a brief to investigate a change of use to residential of an existing 4 storey office building in the City, London. In order to provide additional accommodation, the proposal involved the extension to the rear at roof and ground floor levels. The interior uses space effectively and creates a development of 4 residential units in a highly sought after location. Detail design was of high importance in the project to create a scheme which blends modern tastes within an existing building. The completed scheme delivers high quality units in an excellent location.
