DETAILED PROJECT DESCRIPTION –
In 2007 commissioned by client to extend and upgrade the property to a 4 bedroom high quality private house. The property falls within the Belgravia Conservation Area and the Grosvenor Estate. Involved in planning application and Grosvenor negotiations for a complete demolition and re-build of the property to take it back to a more original ‘Mews House’ style.
Final scheme included mansard roof extension and full basement excavation. High quality design and finishes.
