DETAILED PROJECT DESCRIPTION –
Detailed project Description - The client approached us with a brief to look at the possibility of creating a residential development on this site. One of the significant challenges was to design a piece of architecture which drew on the influences of local architecture while still creating a contemporary building which allows occupants to enjoy the coastal setting. The completed design merges local materials, traditional craftsmanship and modern detailing to deliver a building which makes a positive impact in a sensitive location
